Key Actions Lead end to end hiring across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing a strategic, high-quality approach from brief to offer Champion a candidate experience that is thoughtful, inclusive, well-paced, and reflective of the Vitality brand at every stage Use market insight, data, and judgement to influence decisions, manage expectations, and help leaders secure the best talent in competitive markets Build strong relationships across our globally based People teams and business leadership, to deliver a connected and commercially aware recruitment service Proactively source and engage diverse talent, using creative search techniques and long-term pipeline thinking for harder to fill and business-critical roles Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working so that we keep raising the bar on quality, efficiency and experience What do you need to thrive?
