40 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) / 09:00 - 14:00 (Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer care and support to our clients consumers across all contact channels.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for consumers regarding the full range of our clients products.
3. Handle consumer queries and complaints related to the clients products and their consumption.
4. Collaborate with the multi-skilled team, including subject matter experts, quality specialists, and knowledge experts.
5. Ensure high-quality customer service while adhering to the clients procedures and quality processes.
6. Manage customer interactions through social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, providing timely and effective issue resolution.
