HR Co-ordinator /Administrator

As an HR Co-ordinator/Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.
Key Tasks:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR systems and processes.
* Assist with recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage absence reporting.
* Support employee relations cases and prepare HR documentation.
* Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives and community engagement projects.
What we are looking for:
* Solid work history.
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (preferred).
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
