Responsibilities
1. Provides on-site generalist HR support to a growing UK office of and administrative support to our global offices
2. Takes the lead on developing and launching policies and procedures, in line with best practice and employment law
3. Manages employee information in the company’s HRIS ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
4. Maintains accurate, organized and informative HR content on the company intranet
5. Administers employee life-cycle activities including employment changes, leaves, benefits and compensation changes
6. Conducts employee check-in meetings and exit interviews
7. Researches visa requirements for travelling employees and supports any necessary visa applications
8. Assists and champions new employees through their onboarding experience. This includes managing all aspects of the process from a People Ops perspective.
