Trade Activation Manager
Manchester (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Trade Activation Manager to join our UK team, based in Manchester. This role sits at the centre of marketing and sales, focusing on how our brand shows up in-store and across customer touchpoints. You'll take global campaigns and make them work locally, ensuring they land effectively with UK retailers and shoppers.
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering trade activation activity across key retail and wholesale accounts
* Working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and support commercial priorities
* Bringing campaigns to life in-store, including promotions, POS, and merchandising
* Managing relationships with external agencies and retail partners
* Tracking performance of activations and using insights to improve future activity
* Adapting global brand campaigns for the UK market while maintaining consistency
* Managing budgets and timelines across multiple projects
What we're looking for:
* Experience in trade marketing
* Strong understanding of the UK retail environment
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
* Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Commercially aware and confident using data to inform decisions
* Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
