As a Customer Service Administrator, your key duties will include:
Processing a high volume of product orders using Sage 200
Handling invoices for all sales transactions
Ensuring prices and contracts are updated
Supporting the sales team to achieve departmental objectives
Managing incoming and outgoing calls to customers and suppliers
Communicating essential feedback from customers internally
Responding to and managing high volumes of emailsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in using Sage 200 or similar order processing systems
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
