We are currently seeking a highly experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Driver to join our clients busy operation in Darlington. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate, following a successful 12-week trial period. Due to the nature of the role, previous Class 1 driving experience is essential. Candidates must also complete a driving assessment with the client before starting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle. Demonstrate a can-do attitude and work well within a busy and dynamic environment. Represent the company positively at all times, respecting colleagues and customers alike. Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 / Cat CE licence held for at least 2 years Minimum 2 years of driving experience Good command of written and verbal English Punctual, presentable, and reliable Willingness to work long hours and occasional Saturdays Must be flexible to meet the needs of the role
