Registered Children Home Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Hours: 9am – 5pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children Home Manager to lead our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
* Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and support to the children.
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with staff and external agencies.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements:
* Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
* Must hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
* At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* A valid driving license is strongly favorable.
