About the Role
At Medlock, first impressions matter – it is the precision behind the scenes that makes them possible. As a Goods‑In Controller you will ensure that every delivery is handled efficiently, accurately and with care, keeping our operations running smoothly from the moment stock enters the building. This brand‑new 401‑key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality and will become part of the world‑class Etihad Campus district.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of all incoming deliveries, managing goods‑in processes with care, consistency and strong attention to detail.
* Receive, check and store stock accurately, meeting or exceeding Medlock’s high standards.
* Work independently and with the wider team to keep goods moving seamlessly through the operation.
* Follow all safety, handling and security procedures and use equipment and systems responsibly.
* Balance scheduled deliveries with unexpected arrivals, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
* Maintain the accuracy and flow of goods, ensuring the right items are in the right place at the right time.
* Act as an ambassador for Medlock, applying precision, attention to detail and consistency in service.
Our operation runs 365 days a year. Shift patterns are designed to reflect business needs and specific hours will be discussed at interview.
