Overview
We are interested in receiving applications for a Sales Negotiator at our busy Saddleworth branch.
Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance regarding local amenities whilst on viewings and be confident in dealing with members of the public face to face as well as by telephone. This role will be a combination of external appointments (viewings of our properties for sale) and office-based activities.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving License insured for business use
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Personal drive and initiative
* High level of self-motivation
* An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good IT literacy

The post is full-time and based in our Saddleworth office.
Days of work are; Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and alternate Saturdays 10am-2pm.
