Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts
Location: Romford, London
Pay: £18.32
Shifts: Monday to Sunday 8pm-8am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting one of our client with and a range of complex health needs.
Our client enjoys listening to music and watching his programs on his i pad. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing personal care and mobility support
* Supporting with clinical tasks
* Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning
* Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction
What You’ll Need
* Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
* Essential experience:
o Enteral feeding
o Oral suctioning
o Non Invasive Ventilation
o Chest Physio
o Medication Administration
* A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
