This position involves leading the UK-wide Service Excellence Centre (SEC), delivering remote services to customers and internal teams. The role ensures the effective operation of the SEC, focusing on service quality, team performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and collaborating with sales and regional site teams to develop remote services and improve site-based work through proactive diagnosis, including remote connectivity management.
* Sharing technical knowledge across the UK and wider group to enhance capabilities and engineering efficiency.
* Managing the SEC team, including attendance, sickness, conduct, and performance issues.
* Conducting monthly meetings and ensuring continuous team development.
* Managing trainees and apprentices' development.
* Logging call-outs, scheduling work, and liaising with regional teams regarding site-based tasks.
* Approving engineer timesheets.
* Financial management, including P&L responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a background in BMS and/or HVAC, managerial experience in a multi-site environment, and strong IT skills, especially in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
