Job Title: Project Manager Super Prime Country Estate Location: M4 Corridor / West Cotswolds / Central London Employment Type: Permanent The Business Our client is a leading London-based consultancy with a reputation for delivering some of the most complex and prestigious super prime residential projects in the UK. Known for their discretion, professionalism, and quality of service, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark country estate scheme in the West Cotswolds. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to join a highly respected consultancy at project management level, working on what will be one of the UKs most significant super prime residential developments. The role will be split between site visits in the West Cotswolds (12 days per week), home-based working (12 days per week), and collaboration at the central London office (12 days per week). You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring it remains on track for programme, quality, and budget. Working closely with senior consultants and directors, as well as with an exceptionally high-profile client base, this role requires independence, confidence, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Leading the day-to-day management of a landmark super prime country estate scheme. Overseeing programme delivery, ensuring works remain on schedule and within budget. Coordinating consultants, contractors, and specialist trades to achieve seamless delivery. Monitoring quality standards across design, construction, and fit-out stages. Acting as the main point of contact for the client, providing updates and advice at every stage. Preparing and presenting reports, risk assessments, and project documentation. Managing change control and resolving issues quickly and effectively. About You Proven background in project management, ideally within the super prime residential sector. Experience delivering high-value, complex schemes, either in central London or country estates. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to operate at a senior level. Highly organised with excellent communication and leadership abilities. Able to work relatively independently while supported by senior members of the consultancy team. Flexible to travel between the West Cotswolds, home, and central London.
