What Will You Be Doing
The Hotel Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive occupancy, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role assists with digital and print campaigns, social media, promotions, events, and communications, ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand standards.
THE DUTIES
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
* Manage and grow the hotel’s social media presence across platforms
* Update website content and ensure consistent branding
* Coordinate photography, videography, and creative projects
* Support the execution of seasonal promotions and packages
* Assist with email marketing and guest communications
* Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
* Liaise with external vendors, partners, and media
* Coordinate photo and video shoots for promotional purposes.
* Help monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
* Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to support sales and marketing strategies.
What Are We Looking For In You
* Have a true passion for hospitality
* Experience in Marketing & communication [
* Strong writing and content creation skills
* Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
* Competent level of English spoken and written.
