This is a field-based role where you'll be the face of SIMIAN, building strong relationships, driving new business, and ensuring employers receive the very best solutions to support their training and consultancy needs.
What You'll Do
* Proactively seek out new business opportunities through canvassing, prospecting, site visits, and networking.
* Convert warm leads passed by our Customer Engagement team into long-term clients.
* Build trust-based relationships with employers, presenting SIMIAN's full suite of training and consultancy services.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand SIMIAN's reach.
* Deliver professional proposals and negotiate agreements that meet employer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.

We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Engagement Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey, from initial enquiry to course completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and contributing to a growing, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on training courses, dates, and entry requirements.
* Process bookings and coordinate training schedules, delegate communications, and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate customer records and internal databases.
* Support internal teams, including the Customer Engagement Lead and National Business Development Manager, with administrative tasks and reporting.
* Assist with sales support, including preparing documentation for meetings and contributing to business development initiatives.
* Cross-sell training products where appropriate and actively contribute to new business growth.
* Uphold SIMIAN's values and ensure a professional and friendly experience for all customers.
