Head Pastry Chef – New Luxury Pan-Asian Restaurant Opening | Central London | £60,000 per annum
We're hiring an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead the dessert menu for one of London's most anticipated new openings - a high-end, rooftop Pan-Asian restaurant launching this September in Central London with breathtaking skyline views and a buzzing, upscale atmosphere:
Modern Pan-Asian cuisine, spanning Japanese, Southeast Asian, and East Asian flavours, this restaurant will offer a dynamic fusion of sushi, robata, and open-fire cooking
Salary of £60,000 per annum
Top tier kitchen, brand-new equipment, and great chef team
Team of 30 chefs and up to 200 covers per service
Rota of 48 hours per week

As Pastry Head Chef you must have an understanding of all areas of Pastry - including lamination, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread fermentation and of course, modern Asian desserts. We are looking for someone proactive and with good attitude that can manage the junior team. Long-term career development is guaranteed, and you will be trained to growth within the restaurant group to become a more senior Chef in the future.
