Store Manager
Location: Haddington (with flexibility to travel to our other stores when required)
Salary: £13 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the store to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Deliver the highest levels of customer service, including prompt resolution of complaints
* Organise staff rotas to ensure optimum staffing levels
* Identify and address training needs within the team
* Maintain store premises, ensuring they are in excellent condition
* Oversee stock control, accurate records, and high standards of display & cleanliness
* Ensure all tickets, POS materials, and graphics are displayed correctly
* Follow and enforce all company administration and security procedures
* Uphold the company's business image and store standards
About You
* Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
* A dynamic leader with initiative and problem-solving skills
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a positive, can-do approach
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experienced in sales, flooring, and estimating processes (preferred)
* Friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, and target-driven
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Flexible, with a willingness to travel to other stores if required
Requirements
* Flooring experience (preferred)
* Driving licence (preferred)
