What You’ll Need
* Experience: 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a senior care or support role.
* Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
* Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Registration: NISCC registration in a social care role.
* Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques.
* Training: Ongoing training including Adult and Child Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, and Medication Administration (where required).
* Qualities: Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
