Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of your clients during our visiting hours (between 07:00 - 22:00). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working alongside a supportive team in a rewarding environment.
Our office covers the areas of Havant, Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville and Clanfield.
Responsibilities
1. Providing personal care and assistance to residents with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
3. Supporting residents with mobility and transferring, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
4. Monitoring and recording vital signs and other relevant information, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
7. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.

11. Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. For the full time position, we would require full availability every other weekend.
12. Full UK Driver's License with access to your own vehicle.
13. Employment is subjective to a full Adults Enhanced DBS check.
