System Administrator
As a System Administrator, you will support theDayforcesystem across theVetPartnersgroup, ensuring its smooth operation andproviding assistance tousers on optimising system usage. Reporting to theSystem Admin TeamManager,youwill play a critical role inmaintainingdata integrity,resolving issues, and providingaccuratedata for key stakeholders across the UK and European network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and managing service request tickets.
* User Training: Conduct training sessions and create reference materials to enhance user adoption and systemproficiency.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support system upgrades, integrations, and testing to ensure seamless operations.
* Compliance and Security:Maintainsystem security by managing user permissions, roles, and access controls while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
EssentialKey Skills and Experience:
* HR/Payroll Knowledge:A strong practical knowledge of the delivery of HR,Payrolland associated services within Veterinary Practices to our colleagues, and knowledge of our current interface and processes between our practices and central HR/Payroll.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to address system issues effectively and recommend solutions, and helpidentifywhere current processes can be delivered more efficiently to support our operations-led and people centred ethos.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to a variety of users across the organisation.
* Language Proficiency: English proficiency isrequired.Additionallanguage skills in Spanish, French, German, or Italian would be beneficial.
* Data Protection: Basic knowledge of data protection laws, ensuring compliance in all data-related activities.
Qualifications:
* Education & Training:Experience and/or qualificationsin HR, Payroll, orVeterinary Practice Managementconsideredadvantageous, though not essential.
