SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored tutoring sessions to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students' academic progress
* Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialist SEN qualification
* Experience using assistive technology in education
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work with students in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and community centres
* Potential travel required within the South East England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
