Sales Administrator – Mon – Fri 40 hours per week Dunbia is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top-quality Beef and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and food service markets and we are currently recruiting at our Carnaby site for a Sales Administrator reporting to the Commercial Cordinator. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a career in sales administration, you will work as part of the Commercial Department providing administrative support to the team. On a daily basis this will cover a wide range of administrative tasks, in a fast-paced environment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Salary will be discussed at interviews and dependent on experience. liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements Entering all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex Sending release notifications for product ordered from the Cold-Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met. Applying for health certificates for export Raise purchase orders and receipt in goods/services received. Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines. Booking Transport for sales orders Preparing sales and haulage reports Maintaining weekly KPI documents Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met Prepare and present sales reports as necessary Proven administrative experience is essential, preferably within a sales commercial role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments and external customers. Organized with excellent time management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines. Excellent attention to detail Highly proficient IT skills, in particular able to manipulate data in Excel, producing reports and analyzing date.
