GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving SEN schools in Birmingham from January 2026. GSL are currently closely with a trust in Birmingham who require staff for the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and play a crucial role in their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support for students with EHCPs across various year groups. Deliver small group interventions focused on academic, social, or emotional support. Assist teachers in implementing tailored strategies that meet the individual needs of each pupil. Track student progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teaching team. Support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, MLD, SEMH, and Comple needs in both classroom and pastoral settings.
