Finance Analyst
London | Hybrid
A growing, values-led Wealth Management firm is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to work closely with the CFO and support the day-to-day finance function.
This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, analysis, adviser remuneration and business performance tracking, making it ideal for a commercially minded analyst early in their career who is keen to develop in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with adviser remuneration schedules and performance tracking
2. Tracking and reconciling income statements
3. Supporting month-end processes, P&Ls and financial reporting
4. Producing monthly financial analysis against budget and forecast
5. Tracking and analysing business costs, identifying efficiencies and savings
6. Supporting business planning and forecasting processes
7. Responding to internal and external finance queries
8. Building and maintaining financial models, including income by adviser
9. Supporting continuous improvement of internal finance processes
Candidate Profile
10. Strong Excel and general IT skills essential
11. Experience in financial services preferred
12. Strong academic background
13. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
14. Proactive self-starter, able to manage priorities and anticipate next steps
15. Commercially curious with an interest in business performance
16. Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
17. Adaptable, positive and aligned with a high-performance, inclusive culture
