INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR OVERVIEW: As a Sales Support Co-ordinator with our prestigious client, you will be integral in helping their regional Sales Team deliver exceptional products to their customer base. You will also work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure our customers have everything they need. This position is full time, permanent (circa 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Respond to incoming customer sales enquiries promptly and efficientlyProcess purchase orders and coordinate delivery of materials in line with customer requirementsEnsure accurate processing of sales related documents such as invoices, shipping noticesLiaise with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure deliveries are accurately scheduledTo be work with key contacts at main suppliers to ensure order book is accurate and up to dateTo coordinate hospitality, travel and accommodation requirements for regional events and functionsTo provide front of house cover for internal and external office meetingsTo maintain the customer and supplier database ensuring that it is accurate and up to date at all timesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: EssentialPrevious relevant experience in a sales support roleDemonstrable experience of sales and purchase order processing using resource planning systemsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levelsWell-developed call handling skillsAbility to take initiative in identifying and communicating system and process improvement opportunitiesExperience of developing and maintaining databasesGood administration, organisational and time management skillsAbility to work accurately and quickly under pressure and make correct decisionsAbility to work effectively and proactively as part of a team and on an individual basisExcellent numerical skillsStrong attention to detailProficient use of all Microsoft applicationsMust reside within a commutable distance from the officeDesirableDemonstrable experience of data analysisExperience of prospecting or cold callingCustomer account managementIf you do not hear back from Projectus Consulting in 7 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion only.
