This respected practice is looking for a reputed Commercial Property Solicitor, or Legal Executive to play a key role in the firm's continued growth across Devon and the South West.

What you'll be doing:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive you will:
* Manage a full caseload from start to finish, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Residential Lettings – Advice for Landlords
* Licensing
* Commercial Lettings
* Deliver high-quality legal advice to a loyal client base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
o At least 2 or 3 years proven experience in commercial property with the ability to handle your own caseload independently
o A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail.
