Delta Personnel is searching for a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the West Sussex & Surrey area.
We’re after someone with solid outdoor maintenance experience to support our client on ongoing commercial and domestic sites. This is a hands-on role covering everything from general grounds upkeep to machine operation.
Job Info
• Core hours: 7am–5pm / 7am–4pm
• Full-time, permanent role
Duties
• Grass cutting, strimming & hedge trimming
• Leaf blowing, weeding & general site maintenance
• Operating mowers, strimmers & basic grounds machinery
• Litter picking and site clearance
• Assisting with soft landscaping when needed
• Ensuring safe working practices on site
Preferred
• Experience in grounds or landscaping work
• NPTC/LANTRA machinery tickets (strimmer, mower, hedge cutter etc.)
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card
• PA1/PA6 spraying (ideal but not essential)
• Basic H&S awareness
