We work with high‑growth businesses and advise their owners and management teams. The HR Services team plays a vital role in delivering all HR related administration and supporting the wider HR team across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery of HR administrative services in support of HR and firm‑wide processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Provide a seamless candidate onboarding experience and act as the first key contact for all new joiners into BDO.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners and employees across the BDO business.
* Collaborate with other HR teams such as Resourcing, Employee Relations, Reward and HR Generalist teams.
* Ensure quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR Shared Service offering.
Qualifications
* A / AS Level education or equivalent.
* Proven experience within an HR operational delivery, ideally within a Shared Service structure.
* Proficient IT skills using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Previous experience of working with HR Systems.
* Understanding of confidentiality & GDPR.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High level of focus and attention to detail and accuracy.
* Process oriented, able to work within SLAs to meet business demands.
* High level of personal commitment to task completion.
* Values diversity of colleagues and demonstrates ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: GBP 30,000 - 40,000 per year
