We are seeking a talented fundraiser to develop and deliver a fundraising strategy for our charity.
Through your positive driven marketing you will make a significant difference to our patients' and their families' lives and improve the wellbeing of our Caregivers.
Skills & Experience
* Articulate with the confidence to connect and build relationships with diverse populations.
* Strong written communication skills, with track record in the delivery of successful Bids and Grants.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
* Presentation skills with the ability to story tell.
* Competent in infiltrating and interpreting data to guide a fundraising strategy.
* Has knowledge of CRM tools.
* Organised approach to all aspects of work.
* Budget management.
* Incredibly passionate with strong emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
* You will work with the CEO to develop a 3-year fundraising strategy covering Individual Giving, Community and Major Donor Income Streams.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Clinical Teams to identify funding needs and set clear financial targets.
* Lead and support fundraising campaigns targeting specific projects (e.g., equipment, facility improvements, etc.).
* Develop, plan, and execute fundraising events and initiatives, both online and offline.
* Provide guidance where appropriate for our local events which are run by current volunteer fundraisers (Friends of Holy Cross).
* Engage with donors, sponsors, and potential partners to secure financial support.
* Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding from trusts and foundations, government agencies, and other potential sources.
* Report on fundraising progress.

The ideal person will be able to drive financial income from individual giving, grants and legacy donations. You’ll be responsible for both planning our fundraising and ‘making it happen’, so this is the perfect role for any fundraiser who loves to get stuck in.
