This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school from the very start, helping to shape a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for young people aged 11–16 who have struggled to access mainstream education. This role is ideal for someone confident, resilient, and empathetic, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and build positive relationships with pupils who may display complex behaviour patterns.
