A dynamic and growing law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Employment Team. The firm is experiencing consistent growth and offers a fantastic hybrid working policy—just one day per week in the office, with the remainder of the week remote, following initial training.
The Team:
This Employment team consists of five solicitors and has over 360 clients on its retainer service across a wide range of sectors. The firm offers the team a challenging and rewarding work environment.
The Role:
Our client is now looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its team, providing high-quality employment law advice to a diverse portfolio of clients and handling both contentious and non-contentious work.
About You:
* To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role, you must have at least 3 years’ PQE, with the ability to hit the ground running on a range of matters, while maintaining a proactive approach to client management and ensuring all advice is commercially focused and practical
* You must also be able to contribute to business development to ensure the client base keeps growing
* The firm is open to more experienced candidates and is willing to offer a higher salary, although this would require some form of following
