We are currently hiring for a 32 hour a week Shift Supervisor. Store opening hours are from 06:00 - 20:00 and you will need to ensure that you can get to store location easily. This role would most suit someone with a driving license and who has access to a car, as cover at other stores may be required from time to time.

Shift Supervisors
If you love working with people and want to work somewhere you can make a real difference, we want to hear from you. Working as part of a team of partners and achieving targets and objectives set by your Manager you will learn how to become an amazing Supervisor.
With full training provided, we will enable you to understand important business information so that you can run shifts independently, and we will help you develop store management skills to help you fulfil your career ambitions. You will be responsible for a small team of partners and therefore a passion for people and a genuine interest in supporting others will get you far in this role. Along with your Store Manager you will be a role model to others and provide direction to a team of Baristas to create fantastic environment for our customers.
