IT Support Technician (SC Cleared) Inside IR35 contract - £25 per hour - (short term assignment start 5th Sept till 18th Nov) Role will require being onsite everyday - Yeovilton, Somerset (Secure site) Clearance Required: Active SC Clearance required We are seeking a reliable and SC-cleared IT Support Technician to join a secure support team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT support, hardware handling, and ticket queue management, ready to operate in a high-compliance, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the ticket queue for the hub and nearby spokes, ensuring timely updates and SLA compliance Oversee stock and asset management, scanning devices in and out of storage locations Handle the disposal process for equipment in line with contract procedures Perform basic hardware triage and in-warranty repairs, coordinating with vendors for parts and returns Replenish IT lockers as needed across the site Identify and raise potential service issues or improvements to the Team Leader Requirements: Active SC Clearance (mandatory) Experience in IT support, asset tracking, and basic hardware repair Strong organisational skills and ability to follow defined processes Good communication and team collaboration abilities This is a great opportunity to work on a secure government site, contributing to critical IT service operations.
