Barista – Events Team We are looking for experienced, professional Baristas to join our events team, working across a variety of venues and hospitality events. This role is ideal for confident coffee professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot beverages to a consistently high standard Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment confidently and efficiently Providing friendly, professional customer service in busy event environments Setting up and maintaining clean, organised coffee stations across different venues Managing workflow during high-volume service periods Following food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures at all times Supporting the wider events and hospitality team when required Maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages or equipment issues Requirements Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés, hospitality, events, or high-volume venues Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, milk texturing, and espresso extraction Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and presentation standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different venues and event styles Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A positive attitude and strong team-work ethic Ideal Candidate We are looking for energetic and experienced Baristas who are passionate about coffee and hospitality.
