GSL Education are looking for a knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a school in Sheffield, serving the S11 area. The Computer Science (CS) Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons across key stages, supporting students in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical computing skills. Responsibilities of Computer Science Teacher: Plan and teach Computer Science lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support students in coding, algorithms, and computational thinking. Encourage problem-solving and independent learning. Maintain a focused and inclusive classroom environment. Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification. Experience teaching Computer Science in school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
