Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Poole. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. The role also involves enhancing employer branding initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process. The goal is to attract and secure top talent to support the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
* Expertise in Interviewing and Recruiting, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
* Strong skills in Employer Branding to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management software is a plus.
* Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related sector is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
