Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure our customers receive the outstanding shopping experience Bonmarché is known for. We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive retail manager who enjoys working on their own initiative. Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.

* Maximise Profitability – Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost store performance
