HR Business Partner Hays Recruitment is working with one of their exclusive clients on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner to join their team in a permanent role. The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
