Business Development Manager\n London, field based\n £45,000 – £50,000 basic OTE £85,000 (uncapped) £5,000 Car Allowance\n\nMy client is a global leader in IT workplace solutions—a multi-billion-dollar technology business delivering innovative services to clients across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their London sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both new business acquisition and account development.\n\nThe role\n\nHunting new business within SMBs nationally\nProactively drive sales growth by researching, targeting, and connecting with prospective customers\nBuild proposals, quotes, and ROI-based business cases\nDeliver presentations that communicate value, differentiation, and tailored solutions\nCollaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, and operations\nMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM data to support forecasting and activity tracking\n The candidate\n\nProven success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions/ workplace tech or a similar service-based industry\nA strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close\nExperience handling both new business generation and account development\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills\nCommercial awareness with the ability to align IT solutions to business challenges\nSelf-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing multiple opportunities simultaneously\n In return\n\nBasic salary: up to £50,000\n£5,000 annual car allowance\nUncapped commission with realistic OTE potential\n20 days holiday 8 bank holidays\nGym membership and health perks\nStructured onboarding, training, and career development in a global businessInterested?
