Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high‑quality pension fund accounting and investment services, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective stewardship of assets.
They will drive service improvements through strong analytical skills, sound decision‑making and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex workloads. They will build productive relationships with investment managers, advisers, auditors and wider partners, supporting informed decision‑making through clear, confident communication.
They will provide expert guidance on investment strategy, governance, climate‑related disclosures and regulatory requirements, while motivating and developing their team to deliver an efficient, customer‑focused service.
