Seeking Senior Project Managers working in Construction at a Tier 1 contractor, looking to transition into Construction Technology.
Our client is a VC-backed, high-growth ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.
You’ll own executive-level relationships across major UK tier 1 construction clients - driving account growth, product adoption and long-term strategic value.
Responsibilities
* Own and develop senior stakeholder relationships across contractors and asset owners
* Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
* Monitor account health, value realisation, and revenue forecasting
* Secure executive sponsorship and increase product adoption across projects
* Lead change management conversations within complex construction environments
* Translate customer insight into product and commercial feedback
* Support advocacy initiatives including case studies and market visibility
About You
* Extensive experience in construction project management
* Deep understanding of commercial and operational construction processes
* Credible influencing senior and executive stakeholders
* Strong communicator - confident on-site and in the boardroom
* Proactive, high ownership, comfortable in a scaling environment
