Katie Bard has an exciting opportunity working for a International brand for a proactive and collaborative HR Onboarding Team Leader to join our expanding HR Shared Service Function.

As the HR Onboarding Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-quality service across the HR Onboarding team. Your focus will be on operational excellence, data accuracy, and ensuring a positive experience for every new joiner. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of 4–5 HR Administrators within the Shared Service Function.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and upskill HR Administrators, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a consistently high standard of customer-centric service.
2. Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure all onboarding and administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs.
3. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the onboarding specialist for the Shared Service Function, offering expert guidance across wider HR activity.
