The Role Based in either the London or St Albans office, you will support one of the firm’s Senior Partners on a wide range of corporate, M&A, and commercial matters. You’ll work with a collaborative, supportive team handling high-quality transactions for a diverse client base including corporate occupiers, investment and pension funds, UHNW investors, and family offices. Work will include: Advising on corporate/M&A transactions, both in London and nationally. Handling a broad range of commercial matters. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You Qualified Solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law. Proven experience across corporate/M&A and commercial contracts. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
