MSS Facilities Ltd and RSK Group are recruiting for a Packing Operative to join the team based in Llanelli, UK - Trostre. This is a full-time, permanent position. The role involves working on a shift pattern of four days on, four days off: 6am-6pm for two days and 6pm-6am for two days.
The MSS Group specializes in facilities, industrial, and environmental services, with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated, and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pack to an acceptable quality standard while adhering to Safe Working Procedures.
2. Meet daily packing targets; record reasons if targets are not met.
3. Replenish packing machinery, such as Manipulator and stretch wrap.
4. Report issues with Tata machinery/equipment promptly.
5. Maintain regular communication with MSS Packing Coordinator and Contracts Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Awareness of Health & Safety standards.
* In-depth knowledge of packing processes.
* Systematic record keeping and attention to detail.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Forklift Truck operation (training provided in-house).
