The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Accounting & Finance recruitment to launch and lead their Northern Ireland office. They’re already well-established in the region but haven’t yet placed a recruiter on the ground.
You’ll operate on their Partner Model – taking full ownership of the NI market with the support and backing of the wider brand, team, and leadership. This is a unique opportunity to build your own business within a business, scale a team around you, and shape how they grow in Northern Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Establish and grow the agencies presence in Northern Ireland
✔ Build, manage, and scale your own recruitment team over time
✔ Run full-cycle recruitment with high standards of client and candidate service
✔ Leverage their brand and infrastructure while having autonomy as a business leader
✔ Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland in a flat, team-oriented structure
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–5+ years’ experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment
✅ Deep network in Northern Ireland and a strong personal brand
