We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Southampton
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to creating a safe, happy, and engaging environment where children can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of every child
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
A Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
A warm, patient, and positive attitude
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children
