This role is located in Doncaster at Astrea Academy Woodfields.
Astrea Academy Woodfields has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and proactive Operations Assistant to join their welcoming team.
This new role will support the invaluable work delivered by the team at Woodfields, and is directly linked to the priorities of the Operations Manager in providing high quality business support administration to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Our ideal candidate:
1. Has experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
2. Has excellent IT skills, with the confidence to use Excel and learn new school systems and processes
3. Passionately believes that all children can achieve, no matter what their starting point, background or needs
4. Can work autonomously, prioritise conflicting demands whilst managing a diverse and demanding workload
5. Is highly organised, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts effectively and professionally

7. Is proactive and flexible and approaches challenges pragmatically to ensure the best outcome for students, parents, carers and the wider academy team
8. Has meticulous attention to detail, and can utilise systems and data to find the best way to successfully support projects and tasks.
