Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Manage scheduling and appointments using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
* Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
* Handle correspondence and communications in a professional manner.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
* Support administrative functions as required, including using QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
* Maximize reservations.

Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with an understanding of office procedures.
