The Role
We need a systematic and process driven individual to be a safe pair of hands. You\'ll have an enquiring mind, an assertive approach and be able to
* Plan and coordinate long term work, whilst simultaneously reorganising day-to-day priorities.
* Deploy process and project management as well as leading on the administration of policy reviews.
* Liaise with a range of people who have different levels of communication and needs
* Act as a first point of contact internally and externally and manage diaries for the MD.
* Plan and arrange travel
* Coordinate and record all relevant briefings and papers
* Take formal committee minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications.
* Gather, present, and report on a variety of information using; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A great eye for detail and extremely organized
* Confident, articulate, and professional
* Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
