The Role - Year 3 Teacher
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons for a Year 3 class.
* Support students' academic and personal growth through an engaging curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff.
* Monitor progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
* Maintain regular communication with parents and carers.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
* A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management and differentiation skills.
* A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their confidence.
* A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
